Directions: Remove the safety seal from the bottle cap. To open the child-resistant cap, press and twist the smooth side of the cap. Reseal tightly. No mixing required. For adults and children 2 years and older: Rinse one cup (2 teaspoons = 10 ml) of the cap over the affected area for at least 1 minute, then spit it out. Take up to four times daily after meals and at bedtime, or as directed by a dentist or healthcare professional. Children under 12 years: Supervision is required for use of this product. Children under 2 years: Consult a dentist or healthcare professional.
