This is a rimmed type tatami/unit tatami made by a tatami shop that has been in business for 108 years. The width of the tatami is 99cm, which is the maximum width for a single tatami, and is about the same size as a single-sized futon. If you line up 3 pieces, it will be about 195cm, which is about the size of one notebook. Our tatami mats are made at our own factory in Hiroshima Prefecture, so you can choose from four types: rush and Japanese paper, depending on the atmosphere of your room and your preferences.
The tatami mats are 3.5 cm thick and have an insulating material in the core material, so even if you place them directly on the flooring, the cold will not get through easily. Please use it to rest on a futon or take a short break. Since it is a 3-part type, it can be stored compactly when not in use.
This is a full-fledged type of tatami mat with insulation and made of the same core material as the tatami mats used in traditional Japanese-style rooms. It has a tatami edge and the sides are sewn with thread, making it durable. There are anti-slip pads on both sides of the back.
