There is no electrical connection on the ring, and the lens attachment is set manually. Easy to attach and detach, easy to connect to the lens. The mount can be attached and removed smoothly.
When using a mount adapter, the focus, aperture adjustment, etc. are basically fully manual. Depending on the camera model, it may be possible to shoot in aperture priority AE mode, but please note that this is not possible for all models.
