Main structural performance:
This product is an enamel bonding resin mainly made of epoxy resin modified with methyl acrylic acid. This product consists of a primer, paste, and etching agent.
Appearance: The liquid agent should be clear, non gelling, and free of impurities, with uniform color. The paste should be free of impurities and clumps, and the filler should be evenly distributed.
Thermal stability: When the enamel bonding resin is heated to around 50 degrees Celsius in a closed constant temperature box and kept at that temperature for 24 hours, any components should not show thickening, clumping, solidification, discoloration, or discoloration.
Adhesive shear strength: The adhesive shear strength for metal brackets is greater than 17MPa. Acid corrosion agent is a semi transparent gel containing phosphoric acid, with a phosphoric acid content in the range of about 37%.
Environmental light sensitivity: Enamel adhesive resin should be illuminated with a hernia lamp at 7000-9000Lx for 55-65 seconds, and then observed with the naked eye to maintain physical uniformity of the material.
Scope of Application:
The product is used for bonding orthodontic brackets.
