■Story In this world, there are those who can use magic and those who cannot. Wizards, a minority, are feared and viewed as dangerous by the general public. Wizards are forced to live in secrecy, hiding their identities.

2024, Shibuya, Tokyo In accordance with the Anti-Magic Act, a request to refrain from going out at night has been issued. However, this has become a mere formality, and few people abide by it.

Marin Kirizumi has lived her life "oppressed" by her status as a magician. "If you become the strongest, you will be "liberated." Relying on the words left behind by her father, she descends into Shibuya at night to find freedom.

When Nishijima Sari awakens to magic, she decides to use her powers for the sake of order. She executes her own justice, protecting Shibuya from illegal drugs that turn people into monsters and forces with dangerous ideologies.

Marin seeks spiritual "liberation," while Sari believes in the "oppression" of magicians. The story begins when these two meet in Shibuya, a city where all kinds of ideologies and cultures mingle.
