The main material is thick North American beef steer. After dyeing the base, we use a machine called a ``roll coater'' that applies dye to the leather by rotating multiple rollers impregnated with dye. This dyeing method uses pressure to even out the leather surface, which has the effect of tightening the fibers, resulting in a tough leather that is resistant to abrasions and scratches. In addition, the dyeing is repeated 4 times using a "roll coater", so the color is very good.
The distinctive PORTER logo on the exterior is embossed onto the leather surface by skilled craftsmen using controlled heat and pressure. The edges have also been carefully polished and finished with care. The interior is made of high-quality rayon twill with a glossy feel, and the leather storage pocket uses an orange color to highlight the brand, increasing visibility and a casual feel.
