The lens configuration has been optimized using the latest optical design that takes into account short flange back and optical correction functions on the camera side, achieving both high optical performance and compact size.
In particular, the two large-diameter aspherical lenses on the front contribute to making the entire lens more compact and achieving high optical performance.
Five pieces of FLD glass, which have the same characteristics as fluorite, are used and optimally arranged to effectively suppress lateral chromatic aberration and axial chromatic aberration, which are particularly problematic in ultra-wide-angle lenses.
