Everthing was great but I ne er received my charm with the tree on it everthing else was there but not the bamoer this has never happened to me before and I have ordered over a 1000 things so I wouldn't like anybody to criticise joom as they have always bn so helpful in every way but I no it will get sorted out so thanks joom x I am sorry I should have said a little white bag came with the word bamber but there was nothing inside and I checked all the bags to c if it had fell out the bag but nothing was there sorry
