The product electrically charges the device, but does not transmit audio and/or data! Same problem as the other product (order no. V3D65M87 -> usb-c instead of lightning) ordered together with this product (order no. LDJYP3YJ). Ordered now for the 2nd time for the USB-C product, but same problem encountered, despite the fact that during the 2nd order procedure I had specified the malfunction/problem of the 1st order with Joom operators! Please provide compensation and if possible also indicate working converter(s) for charging+data+audio (both usb-c and lightning)! We have a Pixel 7 Pro and an iPhone 12

Product not working -> Neither audio nor data and/or electricity are transmitted. Received a refund and hope the 2nd identical product I order works!

The charging of the mobile does not work, only the headset and it also cuts off, the product is horrible
