1. Does this go in the inside of the mirror or can I stick it on the outside?
It is installed inside of the mirror better, it is easy to install, virtually invisible when not in use, but light up super bright when you engage the turning.
2. How does this reflect through the Reflective coating on the back of the mirror?
The material used on the mirrors will not block the light from these signal lights. You will be able to see them through the mirrors.
3. How do you install them in your mirror?
You do not have to remove the mirror. Just reach in through the sides. You have to dismount the mirror assembly from your car door and then you reach in. Also, you can watch a Youtube video on how to install the LED arrows in the mirror.
