2024 Magic Clip Q3-S Car Wireless Charging Car Mobile Phone Holder Flameout Machine Automatic Induction Electric Opening and Closing Car Supplies

Since I already owned such a phone holder with wireless charging function, and reordered this one for a friend, I naturally know how it works. When he connected it, it didn't work and we assumed it was defective. But since I had ordered 2, we tried the 2nd one and again no charging was possible. Power was present, as the light was on and the holding function also worked. We tried it with different phones and lo and behold, it worked with the IPHONE 12, but not with the 14 onwards. In a further attempt, inserting the phone 14 and 15 upside down into the holder was crowned with success. But this is of course not a solution 🤷‍♂️ When everything is upside down, you can't use it. That means the corresponding contacts are arranged incorrectly here and therefore the holder is not usable.. I would like to have feedback from you on what I can do, or whether there is a solution, we can't be the only ones for whom it doesn't work? The mechanism works (opening and closing the holder) and the symbol lights up! However, what doesn't work is charging without a cable (contactless charging). I tested it with different phones, it doesn't work. With the second included holder, it works perfectly.

The holder arrived in MD in a month and it is GREAT works well, it has a sensor when you bring your hand and it opens to put the phone and charge the phone. I really like. Thank you Joom.
