Regarding Odor: To ensure the quality of our mats, they are all made to order using natural rubber, which is non-toxic and harmless. They are packed and shipped immediately after production. Due to the enclosed transportation during logistics, there may be some odor when the package is first opened, which will take time to dissipate. If you are sensitive to odors, you can wash the mat with laundry detergent for an hour and then air it out for a few days, and generally, the odor will be greatly reduced.

Regarding Color Difference: All images are for illustrative purposes only. Color differences are currently unavoidable in our store... Due to factors such as monitors, photography, and image editing, there may be color differences or fading in the product. The actual color shall prevail. However, we will conduct multiple proofing and color adjustments to minimize color differences. Customers with particularly strict requirements on color should proceed with caution before purchasing! Regarding Size: Due to the thermal expansion and contraction of rubber, a material thickness deviation of ±1mm and a length and width deviation of ±1-2cm are considered normal. Our cutting dies are made strictly according to standard sizes, but sometimes rubber products may still exhibit size deviations, which are unavoidable. Thicker materials generally provide a better feel.

Regarding Cleaning: Place the product in cold water and add a neutral detergent. Gently scrub the surface with your hands. Do not use a brush to avoid damaging the fabric surface and affecting its smoothness. After cleaning, place the product in a well-ventilated area away from direct sunlight to air dry naturally.
