However, when the color of Japanese tea was made darker, the taste became astringent, and when it was made to have a mellower taste, the color became lighter, so it took three years of trial and error. The tea leaves used are 100% Ichiban tea leaves. Wakamushi Sencha has a rich aroma, deep steamed Sencha has a rich taste and color, and Gyokuro has an attractive flavor and deep richness.
