・Size: φ230 x H48 x W235 mm / Approx. 235 g

Steam plate for KAKOMI enamel pot 2L and KAKOMI clay pot 2.5L. You can also use your existing frying pan or pot with a diameter of 25 cm or more. The raised rim prevents food from overflowing, and the shape has a knob for easy removal from the pot.

Precautions for handling 18-8 stainless steel / dishwasher safe / made in China ・Cannot be used in the microwave ・Do not use cleanser or scrubber when cleaning. ・To prevent stainless steel from rusting, remove dirt and moisture as soon as possible, dry thoroughly, and store away from contact with other metals. ・Please use in conjunction with the KAKOMI series enamel pot or clay pot. ・Please use with water or hot water in the pot. ・Please be careful not to let the fire dry. ・Do not touch it with bare hands as it will become hot during and after use. ・When using in a clay pot, please note that if the legs of the steam plate are rubbed strongly, gray metal marks called "metal marks" that look like they were drawn with a pencil may adhere. ・If there is a metal mark, we recommend cleaning with a melamine sponge.
