1. Lightly grease or oil the inside of the EGGLETTEX.

2.Egg yolk (including protein) Pour the egg mixture into an EGGLETTEX mould.

3.Close the mold with the lid on top.

4.EGGLETTEX with the egg yolk in a pot (O. Ä.) Place in hot water and boil.

5.Remove the lid and gently tip the finished egg shape onto the plate. Using the egg former is quite simple.
