[staub]
Founded in Alsace, France's leading gourmet city, Staub's kitchenware, crafted using traditional craftsmanship combined with the latest technology, has garnered numerous fans, from famous restaurant owners to ordinary households.
Staub's signature product is its cast iron pot, which allows for waterless cooking. Currently, Staub products are exported to around 50 countries around the world, including Europe, Japan, and the United States, and are widely used.
[Pico Cocotte Oval]
This is an oval-shaped pot from Staub, which is also loved by professionals.
The thickness of the enamel pot keeps the inside of the pot hot even when cooking on low heat, further enhancing the flavor of the food. It can be used for a variety of purposes, not only for stewing and stir-frying, but also for cooking rice and smoking food, depending on your imagination.
The stylish design allows you to cook in the kitchen and then serve it directly on the table, and the Staub logo is engraved on the handle, a must-have for Staub fans. It also makes a great gift.
<Specifications>
Compatible with direct flame, induction (100v, 200v), halogen heater, ceramic heater, oven, and dishwasher.
*Cannot be used in microwave ovens.
*Since Staub products are handmade, color unevenness, air bubbles, and small protrusions may be visible.
There may also be traces of paint peeling on the underside of the lid, but these are caused during the manufacturing process and are not a defect, so please use it with confidence.
<Care Instructions>
Before using for the first time, please perform the following maintenance.
1. First, wash it with hot water.
2. Then dry it over low heat and apply a small amount of vegetable oil to the inside of the pot.
3. Heat again over low heat for a few minutes and then wipe off excess oil with a cloth or paper towel.
The oil seeps into the pores of the enamel, naturally smoothing the surface.
Also, if you perform this maintenance from time to time, you can use it for a longer period of time.
