・This product is based on the prototype of the OM207 train set belonging to the Omiya General Rolling Stock Center, which is different from existing products.
・The underfloor equipment at the ends of the cars of KuHa 650, MoHa 651, and SaRo 651 is reproduced.
・The seats are purple for KuHa 650/651 and MoHa 650/651, and blue for SaRo 651.
・Head/taillights and nickname plates light up (with switch to turn them off).
・The front of the leading car is equipped with a body-mounted close-coupling coupler (without hook) as standard.
After the 651 series AC/DC limited express train was withdrawn from service as the Joban Line's "Super Hitachi" limited express, it underwent modifications and served as the Takasaki Line's "Swallow Akagi" limited express, as well as the "Kusatsu" and "Akagi" trains, replacing the 185 series.
