How to choose a motor for electric ride on vehicles:
1. Confirm your motor model is RS550/RS555 or motor diameter(about 37.2mm), and motor body length(about 57mm), and total length(about 85mm).
2. Confirm the voltage of your motor and choose a motor with the same or similar voltage.
3. Confirm the number of teeth of your motor, make sure to choose the motor with the same number of teeth, and verify that the outer diameter and face width of the gears are the same or similar.
Note:
- The RS550 motor has multi voltage and multi gear teeth combinations, which can be adapted to many electric vehicles on the market, but there are too many brands and models of electric ride on vehicles, which makes it impossible for us to identify them all, so please compare the model and teeth of the original motor before purchasing. It must be the same model to replace it.
- 10-teeth gears are classified into small, medium, and large teeth. This model gear is medium teeth (diameter 10mm, length 13mm). Please carefully compare and distinguish them.
- This motor rated voltage of 24V, and capable of normal operating within a DC voltage range of 12-24V. The lower the input voltage, the lower the motor speed will be. Do not exceed 24V input voltage, otherwise it may be damaged easily.
- This motor can rotate in forward and inverse directions. If the rotation direction is inversed, simply swap the positive and negative connections to correct it.
- Can be replace for rs550 and rs555 model number motor, the RS550 and RS555 motors can be used interchangeably.
