Very light, the sipping side has a valve so as to prevent the drinker from choking and the spraying side turns water into a mist, so it cools without getting you wet. I can't wait for my next run during which I'll be using my new water bottle.

A must in summer. The spray feels so good and it's not like the whole face is wet it's just damp and a cooling kicks in when you let it dry. And then you can drink outside. Perfect.
