Usage: Sunburn Prevention
Directions for Use
Apply liberally 15 minutes before sun exposure.
Reapply at least every two hours.
Use a water-resistant sunscreen if swimming or sweating.
How to Protect Yourself from the Sun: Regularly use a Broad Spectrum SPF 15 or higher sunscreen. Other sun protection tips include:
Avoid sun exposure, especially between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m.
Wear a long-sleeved shirt and long pants, a hat, and sunglasses. Ask a doctor before use on infants under 6 months.
