Slim Long Jig for Kingfish: The KY Jig was developed to catch large kingfish in Kyushu's Genkai Sea. How can we get the clever kingfish to bite after being caught day after day? How can we consistently jerk the jig throughout the day, even in the extremely challenging conditions for anglers: deep water, rapids, and drifting? The KY Jig's finer details have been further refined to answer these two questions. This model is an upgraded version of an even easier-to-use slim long jig.
The Saltiga KY Jig has been further tuned.
Asymmetrical Slim Long Body: Fast fall speed and light pulling resistance. The KY Jig II achieves these two goals at a high level. While the cross-section is close to a circle, the head features a paddle-shaped flat surface and the tail is as slim as possible. This design reduces wave-making resistance in the water and achieves a fast fall speed. At the same time, it maintains a certain degree of sliding performance after a jerk while pursuing smooth release. With the KY Jig II, the edges have been thoroughly tuned to minimize flapping and noise, making it an even more controllable jig.
Adel Hologram The hologram design combines the Adel Hologram, which is based on the science of fish skin, with various highly effective holograms for the Long Jig. By combining different patterns, it appeals to a wide range of anglers, from close to far. The alternating flashing effect of the holograms will drive the target crazy.
Large-diameter, thick wire A large-diameter, thick wire is used. This design prevents the jig from breaking or being damaged by fish thrashing around on the boat, and is also designed to be safe for larger targets. The assist hook is also shaped to prevent tangles.
