How to use the product: Fold at least once to create an appropriately sized pack and moisten with castor oil. (The oil can be preheated or used with a heating pad or hot water bucket. Do not heat if you have or suspect an infection or fever). Place the pack over the area being used and cover with a piece of plastic and a heating pad if desired. You can also use towels to protect your bed. Allow the pack to sit for an hour or more. (Note: Avoid falling asleep with the heating pad on.) After removing the pack, cleanse your skin with a baking soda solution (1 teaspoon per 0.47 liters of water). Alternatively, use Castor Clean or Castor Clean Towelettes. Store in a cool, dry place in a plastic bag or other container. Use the pack daily or periodically (e.g., 2 to 3 consecutive days per week) until results are achieved. Other suggested uses: Wrap an Ace bandage loosely around the pack and body to hold the pack in place. Use different packs and poultices such as grapes, mullein, vinegar, salt, alka-thyme, Epsom salt, etc. using packs. Meditate, pray, read inspirational material, or think positive thoughts while using the pack.
