This is a set of 2 metal earth model kits. Apollo CSM with LM: Two spacecraft were required for the Apollo 11 moon landing - the Lunar Surface Module (LM) and the Command Service Module (CSM). Once in lunar orbit, the two will separate and LM will land while CSM waits in orbit. After liftoff from the lunar surface, the LM's ascent stage will rendezvous and dock with the waiting CSM, and the astronauts will return to the main spacecraft and return home.
