---------------------------------------------------------------------- 【Cautions for using electrical products】 When using electrical appliances, please note that the voltage is different from that of Japan, which may cause malfunctions. Since the plug type is Japan type(A or B type), please check the voltage and use a transformer. Please note that a transformer is different from a conversion adapter. We are not responsible for malfunctions caused by use without a transformer.
【Voltage Compatibility】 When using electrical appliances, please note that they are designed for Japanese voltage specifications (90-110V), so if you use them with a different voltage, it may cause a malfunction.
【Plug Type】 Our products use Japanese plug types (A or B type). Please use a conversion adapter if necessary.
【Important Note on Transformers and Adapters】 A transformer adjusts voltage to match your device’s requirements. A conversion adapter only changes the plug shape and does not adjust voltage. Using only a conversion adapter without a transformer may result in damage to the product.
【Liability】 We are not responsible for malfunctions or damages caused by improper use, such as operating the product without a transformer. ----------------------------------------------------------------------
Multi-coated to suppress flare and ghosting caused by attaching a filter. Glass outer periphery blackened to reduce internal reflection. Thin frame design to prevent vignetting when using an ultra-wide-angle lens. Knurling for easy attachment and detachment. Lens cap can be attached. Exposure multiple: 1/3 aperture. Made in Japan. Light pollution reduction & constellation enhancement effect. The effects of Starry Night and ProSofton, standard filters for starscape photography, can be obtained with a single filter. The effects of Starry Night (light pollution cut) and ProSofton (constellations emphasis), which are often used together when taking starscape photographs, can be obtained with a single filter. It has the advantage of reducing the hassle of layering and vignetting. The soft effect is equivalent to "PRO1D Pro Softon Clear (W)". While blurring bright stars, it minimizes the soft effect on the landscape, making it perfect for when you want to capture clear landscapes in starscape photos. ■Reducing color fog caused by street lights Due to the influence of street lights such as sodium lamps and mercury lamps, the night sky appears with a yellow or orange color cast. Using a light pollution cut filter reduces color fog and enables natural color reproduction. Additionally, by reducing the effects of light pollution on the night sky, the sky becomes darker and the contrast with the stars increases. Even when finishing your work using developing software, it is better to cut out light pollution with a light pollution cut filter beforehand, which has the advantage of reducing the number of work steps and making RAW development easier. ■Starry Night Pro brings out the constellations while keeping the landscape clear Softon not only has a light pollution cutting effect, but also a soft effect equivalent to "Pro Softon Clear". Even constellations that can be clearly seen with the naked eye appear too sharp with a digital camera, making it difficult to discern the brightness and color of the stars. "Prosofton" beautifully blurs bright stars and makes constellations stand out. You can also emphasize the color of the stars. ``ProSofton Clear'' has the soft effect of ``ProSofton (A)'' reduced to about half, so the soft effect on the landscape is almost unnoticeable, so it is ideal for ``starscape photography'' where you want to take pictures of the starry sky and landscape together, and when you do not want to apply a soft effect to mountains, buildings, etc. ■Ideal for starscape and nightscape photography Starry Night Prosofton is ideal for starscape photography as there is no restriction on the focal length of the lens used, and color shift does not occur even with wide-angle lenses. It is also effective for night view photography and time-lapse photography, which is difficult to post-process. ■No need to worry about stacking layers or worrying about vignetting You can get the same effect you used to get with two filters with just one filter with a thin frame design, eliminating the hassle of stacking layers and reducing vignetting. When two filters are stacked, the frame becomes thicker, so vignetting (black shadows) may occur in the four corners when using an ultra-wide-angle lens. However, if you use only one filter, you can almost eliminate this possibility. Also, by not overlapping, unnecessary ghosts and flares are suppressed.
