✅ [Product details] A bearing (pulley) that is used by pushing it into the center of the skateboard wheel (tire). Eight pieces, enough for one skateboard, are packaged in a plastic case.
✅ [Product Development] Since we started as FIZZ BEARINGS in 1998, we have repeatedly reviewed the design, made improvements and model changes based on feedback from the many top professional skaters we have supported, and even changed the manufacturing factory, aiming to balance the contradictory elements of speed and durability required for skateboards.
✅ [Size] The international standard number of the bearing is "608", outer diameter 22 mm, inner diameter 8 mm, width 7 mm. Skateboards, longboards, surf skates, pennies, roller skates, inline skates, kickboards, run bikes, etc. (Some special items may not be available.)
✅ [Material of metal parts] The outer ring, inner ring, and rolling ball are made of high-grade, high-carbon chromium bearing steel, and are further hardened to ensure hardness and improve load-bearing and durable performance.
✅ [Retainer material] The retainer is made of nylon resin with a low coefficient of friction. It supports the smooth rotation of the rolling ball even under usage conditions that tend to trap dust, which is typical of skateboarding.
✅ [Shield Material] The shield (lid) is made of rubber with a chrome core inside, which prevents foreign substances such as dust from entering the bearing and helps maintain comfortable rotation of the bearing. When attaching it to a wheel (tire), attach it so that the side with the shield is on the outside (visible side).
✅ [ABEC Standard] ABEC defines the tolerances for various parts of bearing products from the design drawings, and the larger the number, the smaller the tolerances, and the closer the size is to the design drawings. Therefore, the friction coefficient will be closer to the one obtained from the blueprint, so a larger ABEC number will not necessarily increase the speed. In Japan, JIS standard tolerance classes are generally used instead of ABEC.
