Chip function description:
CS1237 is a high precision, low power consumption ADC chip, one differential input channel, built-in temperature sensor and High precision oscillator.
The PGA of the CS1237 can be 1, 2, 64, or 128. The default value is 128.
CS1237 ADC data output rate in normal mode can be 10Hz, 40Hz, 640Hz, or 1.28kHz by default

MCU can communicate with CS1237 through 2-wire SPI interface SCLK and DRDY/DOUT to advance it
