Cooking method:
Cut 500g cheese into 4cm triangular pieces. Make a paste with 100 g onion and 120 g tomatoes separately. Grind 10 shelled almonds, make a paste by adding ¼ cup water. Can you use cashews as an alternative. Heat 50g edible oil in a flat frying pan, fry the onion paste for 10 minutes, then add the tomato paste and 15g Shahi Paneer Masala, cook for 5 minutes. Then add almond paste, 1 cup water and cheese pieces. Simmer for 5 minutes until desired consistency.
