Tokuoka is woven with finer threads than Bun and Sori. While it is less absorbent, the pattern is more clearly expressed. The edges of the fabric are unfinished, so they may unravel at first, but this will stop after several washes. Color may fade with sweat or friction. To prevent color transfer, wash separately. Leaving the towel wet may cause color transfer, so dry promptly. Knots may be present in the fabric; this is a characteristic of the fabric.
