Quality Assurance Criteria
1. To prolong the lifespan of this product, please check the product characteristics and washing method attached to this product.
2. If you find any quality issues after purchasing this product, you can receive compensation in accordance with the Consumer Dispute Resolution Guidelines set forth by the Fair Trade Commission (Crocs Exchange/Refund Regulations). Exchange/refund can be done at the store where you purchased within 7 days from the purchase date (receipt required). Once tags are removed and the product is worn, exchange/refund is not possible. If the product is deformed or damaged due to customer negligence, exchange, refund, or A/S cannot be provided. (e.g., quality issues due to incorrect washing, deformation or quality issues due to improper fitting, wear, tear, etc.) (Crocs A/S Regulations) This product is imported as a finished product, and A/S for components other than adhesive is not available. Products purchased from parallel import shops, e-commerce (online sales), or overseas purchases cannot be exchanged, refunded, or A/Sed. A/S applications and exchanges/refunds can only be done at the store where you purchased the item.
Quality Guarantee Regulations
1. Quality guarantee period: 6 months from the date of purchase.
2. If you wish to claim damages due to quality issues, please contact or visit the store where you purchased the product with your receipt.
