The figurines are amazing! BUT they didn’t pack them correctly and didn’t shift them with foam rubber or bubble wrap, but put them in bulk only in an envelope, so the fine details of the horse and deer figurines bent on the road, unfortunately. I contacted support and they refunded the full amount.. Thanks for the quick support. Please pack properly. I ordered several figurines - the rest are beautiful!
